These terms govern purchases from https://shop-ujwalsharma.pages.dev (the “Shop”), operated by [Your full legal / business name] (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

What we sell

The Shop sells digital products only, currently e-books in PDF and EPUB formats. Nothing physical is shipped. Product pages describe what each purchase includes.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion or international transaction fees, which are outside our control.

Licence

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own purposes. You may:

• keep copies on any of your own devices and make backups;
• print it for your personal use.

You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or publicly post the files, or remove copyright notices. All content remains the intellectual property of Ujwal Sharma.

Delivery and access

Products are delivered electronically, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Download links are limited in number and time to prevent abuse; you can always request fresh links from the Library.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Shop: no attempts to bypass payment, scrape files, overload the service or use someone else's payment method without permission. We may cancel orders or block access where we see fraud or abuse.

Liability

Products are provided “as is” for information and education. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
